Our mission is to promote the development of an effective and innovative economy. Our goal is to implement innovative solutions based on clean technologies and to enable economic growth without increasing the degree of environmental degradation. Particular emphasis in our solutions is placed on reducing CO2 emissions, global warming and the use of waste energy sources.
NET SA activities are, in particular, the implementation of innovative technologies, technical consultancy, equipment supply and implementation of comprehensive regulations for investment projects related to environmental technology.
The result of our activities is finding and implementing for our customer the best solution, which will enable the production and processing of electricity, heat and cold.
Production of cold for the technological and livelihood purposes is one of the most energy-intensive technologies, which strongly affects the environmental degradation through greenhouse gas emissions and ozone depleting gases. NET SA technologies are above all environmentally friendly - the water refrigerant does not affect the ozone layer. The use of primary energy at much higher level than it had been done up to now, as well as the use of waste energy for the production of cold creates a new kind of cooling with minimal impact on the greenhouse effect - several times weaker than popular technologies based on compressor aggregates using electric energy. Production technologies based on absorption cooling process use for this purpose the heat from the combustion of fuels such as natural gas, fuel oil, biogas, at the COP of 1.4.. They also directly use vapour, exhaust gases and hot water or geothermal water.
Using our technology in cogeneration systems of heat, cold and electricity production, such as a gas engine-driven power generator and using waste heat from engine-cooling water jacket for the production of cold or heat, we are able to increase the use of primary energy (such as natural gas) to 88%. In comparison, efficiency of a traditional power plant allows to reach a level slightly above 30%. We also offer gas micro-turbines cogeneration systems, driving the power generators mechanically and the absorption units by use of exhaust gases to produce cold. The efficiency of such systems, using primary source of energy, reaches well above 80%. Use of geothermal, biogas, hot water from solar collectors for the production of cold water not only reduces operating costs but also saves our natural resources of non-renewable energy sources.
Devices offered by NET SA are the perfect answer for the needs of the energy market. Especially in light of the fact, that on 21 February 2004 the Directive 2004/8/EC (1) of the European Parliament and European Council of 11 February 2004 came into force. This document requires Member States to introduce mechanisms for the promotion of cogeneration based on demand for heat in the internal market of energy and primary energy savings. Poland ratified the Kyoto Protocol and in compliance with the directives of the European Union has committed to reducing emissions accompanying combustion, while increasing combined energy production to 30% in 2012.
